ERIK is one of SVEN's American cousins. He's a New England style IPA, a little hazy and loaded with Nugget, Citra and El Dorado hops to give rich, fruity, citrus flavors (sic) and a round malty mouthfeel.

ERIK pairs well with oysters, venison and fruity crêpes.

"It has a lovely citrus flavour but with the sweetness of orange blossom, so we loved it. Quite a kick too, at 6.1% alcohol."
